We sold!

In four days we had 7 showings and from Sunday evening to Monday morning we got a total of 3 offers!  In this market that's AWESOME!  We ended up accepting an offer above our asking price with a lower commision.  Now it's just time to pack.

In other news, today is my 28th birthday and we're having a sonogram to determine lots of things including if this baby's a boy or a girl!  Yay!  Update to come!
